What do you make?

We built this business around the middle of the market: the buyers who need real beans in real quantities and get ignored by both retail spice shops and container-load importers.

Ice cream and gelato

Artisan shops and gelaterias buying 2 to 20 kg a month, who need visible seed specks, consistent vanillin from batch to batch, and a supplier who will not disappear mid-season.

Bakery and pastry

Bakeries, pastry kitchens, and chocolatiers who want natural vanilla in the formula instead of flavoring. Beans hold up through the bake where lighter, subtler origins wash out.

Most vanilla sold in the US passes through four or five hands before it reaches a kitchen: collectors, consolidators, exporters, importers, resellers. Every hand adds a markup. We took those hands out.

We own the supply chain at origin.

Evanille does not buy beans on the open market and resell them. Our operation in Uganda works directly with farmers season after season, runs its own curing and grading facility, and handles quality control and export in-house.

  • The spec is the spec.

Moisture and vanillin numbers on our COA are numbers we measured on our own equipment, not numbers a trader passed along.

  • Two harvests a year.

December to February, then June to August. Single-harvest origins go dark for months. We restock twice, so pricing and availability stay steady.

  • A bold, high-vanillin profile.

Ugandan Vanilla planifolia carries a chocolatey, earthy strength that survives extraction, baking, and brewing where more delicate beans fade.

Buying at volume, or contracting recurring supply?

MOQs, lead times, spec sheets, COAs, and the business sample program all sit on the wholesale side. Tell us your annual volume and we will price the contract, not the order.

Beans are already in the country, already graded, already documented. No 8-week import wait, no customs risk, no minimum container.
